The templates we publish in the Resources section (Engagement Brief, and — once released — Service Agreement, Scope of Work, Change Order, Invoice) are offered as-is for evaluation and internal review before you engage us. They are not executed legal instruments and have no binding effect until signed by both parties under a specific engagement.
We occasionally link to third-party sites (for example, to tools, clients' own sites, or fonts). We don't control those sites, we don't endorse their content, and we're not responsible for their availability, security, or content.
We work to keep the site available and up to date, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may need to take it down for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. We accept no liability for any direct or indirect loss arising from the site being unavailable.

Submitting an enquiry does not constitute a binding offer or create any commercial engagement between you and AYCAS Studios. An engagement only begins when both parties have signed a Service Agreement and an associated Scope of Work, and the first milestone payment has been received. Until then, either side is free to walk away at no cost.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest version. Material changes that could affect your rights will be notified through the site itself.
These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Any dispute arising from your use of the site or these terms will be dealt with by the courts of Zimbabwe, or — if both parties agree — by arbitration in Harare under the Zimbabwe Arbitration Act [Chapter 7:15].
