Every engagement has a scope before a build, a named team before a deliverable, and a QA gate before anything ships. No hourly billing, no retainer, no silent scope creep. Either side can call time at a phase boundary if the work isn't landing.
Each phase has a deliverable, a payment milestone, and a checkpoint. The meter starts when the scope is signed and the deposit lands — not on our first call.
Intake interviews. Business or artist audit. Scope lock. Signed agreement. Deposit. First Discovery call is free. From signed deposit we deliver the scoped proposal within seven days.
Brand book written before anything is designed. Entity and licensing (if in scope). AI team architecture. Operating scaffolding. All tracked in parallel with weekly written updates.
Websites built and deployed. Content kit produced. Launch comms drafted. First SOPs ready to run. Every deliverable is attributable to a named specialist and QA'd before it leaves the shop.
Go-live. Founder or artist training — recorded. Ninety-day comms calendar handed over, ready to run. Thirty-day support window after handover. Then we exit cleanly.
Every engagement has one accountable Principal and a named specialist team. No rotating "account teams." No hiding behind a logo. Every output traces to a specific person who built it — introduced to you by name at kickoff.
The disciplines on every engagement: engagement leadership, research & intake, brand strategy, visual design, film & motion, web & digital, social & content, PR & publicity, copy & editorial, finance & contracts, quality assurance, and team architecture. Additional specialists are scoped per engagement where the brief demands — operating capacity, legal operations, photography direction, or others.
Contracts set the legal floor. These are the operating commitments we hold ourselves to on every engagement, regardless of what's written in any specific Scope of Work.
No external message, email, filing, or commitment is sent on your behalf without your explicit approval of that specific piece. We draft. You read. You click send.
Everything shared with us is confidential unless you tell us otherwise. No public case study, no social tag, no marketing mention without your signed permission.
Our model is build-and-handover. We stand up the business or the artist launch, we hand over the running of it, we exit. Managed services is a separate engagement, explicitly negotiated.
Every engagement has a named Principal on our side — a real person with real accountability. Decisions and escalations route through that point of contact.
Fixed scope, fixed fee, milestone billed, USD. No hourly. No retainer. No "we'll invoice the extras later." If work fits inside the existing scope, it's done at no extra charge.
Once a month we deliver a written progress note — what was delivered, what's in progress, what's blocked, money-to-date versus plan, decisions pending. No surprises at the end of the month.
Either side can end the engagement with thirty days' written notice. On exit: full data handover, all access revoked, unearned fees returned. No hostage-taking.
If we make a mistake that costs you, we notify you before you discover it, own it without qualification, propose a remediation, and update our SOPs so it doesn't recur. Hiding mistakes is not one of the options.
Answer five questions. We respond within two business days with a suggested Discovery time. Discovery is free. From there we scope, price, and send a written proposal within seven days.
